Perfectors of Wisdom, Divine Counselors, and Universal Censors, together with the seven orders of Supreme Trinity Personalities, constitute those ten groups which have been sometimes designated Stationary Sons of the Trinity. Together they comprise the grand corps of Trinity administrators, rulers, executives, advisers, counselors, and judges. …
Quote from The URANTIA Book, 0218:06-0219:01
It is very difficult to portray the functional limits of the Stationary Sons of the Trinity. It would be incorrect to state that their acts are finite limited, for there are transactions of superuniverse record which indicate otherwise. They act on any level of universe administration or adjudication that may be required by time-space conditions and that pertains to the past, present, and future evolution of the master universe.
From this introductory quote, the Supreme Trinity Personalities are the orders of being that include the Ancients of Days, the rulers of our superuniverse, and at the level of our local universe, Immanuel, Michael’s elder brother, the Union of Days on Salvington, the ambassador of the Paradise Trinity to our universe. Immanuel does not rule, unlike the three Ancients of Days, who are the rulers of our superuniverse. If we seek his counsel Immanuel is available; otherwise, he observes.
Previously, in “Part 35—The Status of the Rebellion,” I introduced you to several of these Supreme Trinity Personalities, none of whom personally contributed to The URANTIA Book. At a lower level, but still of Trinity creation, there are three personalities who did—co-ordinate Trinity-origin beings—the Perfectors of Wisdom, the Divine Counselors, and the Universal Censors.
Part 1 of The URANTIA Book, “The Central and Superuniverses,” consists of 31 papers, 26 of which were authored by co-ordinate Trinity-origin beings: Perfectors of Wisdom (8 papers), Divine Counselors (14 papers), and Universal Censors (4 papers). A 27th paper, the last of Part 1, was jointly authored by a Divine Counselor and one of their administrative associates, a personality curiously named “One Without Name and Number,” one of “the superior spiritual minds of the survival races” (0247:02), a perfected ascendant mortal trinitized by the embrace of the Trinity. For your reference, the author of the above quote introducing this Part is a Divine Counselor.
Since all this may seem remote to us lowly mortals here on Urantia, I ask your forbearance. These Perfectors of Wisdom and Divine Counselors and Universal Censors, these Stationary Sons of the Trinity, are created perfect. These personalities do not merely reflect, they are the wisdom, counsel, and judgment of the Trinity. “Whenever and wherever a Universal Censor is present, then and there is the judgment of Deity. And since the Censors always render their verdicts in liaison with Perfectors of Wisdom and Divine Counselors, such decisions embrace the united wisdom, counsel, and judgment of the Paradise Trinity. In this juridical trio the Perfector of Wisdom would be the ‘I was,’ the Divine Counselor the ‘I will be,’ but the Universal Censor is always ‘I am’” (0218:02).
Up to now, these personalities have never left the station to which they were created. Now, in a New Dispensation of God the Supreme, we understand some of these co-ordinate Trinity-origin beings, descending from the heights of perfection, will bestow themselves, will be born as mortals—will share our destiny, with our Thought Adjuster, of creating with the Universal Father.
